Meet the Board
Ken Madden has been the founder, president and CEO of several successful construction, home building and land development companies. With over 35 years in his industry, Ken is considered a Master Builder and has received over fifty national and regional awards. Ken holds a doctorate degree from Phoenix University in Theology.
Helene Madden has owned a small business for the last 4 years; an independent jewelry distributor in Scottsdale. Together, Ken and Helene have worked on their two nonprofits, Shiloh Foundation and Real Man Ministries, helping the fatherless and training men. Helene and husband Ken, live in Scottsdale, AZ, where they have been happily married for 30 years, and have raised three children.
John is a graduate from the University of Arizona where he received his degree in finance. He has worked at Honeywell for the past 3 years where he has held various roles in Finance. Prior to Honeywell he interned with Republic Services and Contractors Bonding Inc. He served on the UA Students in Free Enterprise executive board as the VP of Finance for two years. John is passionate about youth, and he has been a mentor through MentorKids USA for the past two and a half years. John is a foodie and enjoys to travel with his beautiful wife.
Holland graduated at the top of her class from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After graduation, Holland went to work in Supply Chain for PetSmart Corporate where she spent two and a half years in various roles. She now works in Strategic Planning, where she has been for the past 6 months. Holland is the founder of PetSmart’s young professionals associate resource group and led the group’s 250 members through its first year as president. She has also been a mentor with MentorKids USA for more than 2 years. Holland loves spending time outdoors with friends and family, including her wonderful husband of 4 years.
Founder & CEO
Chris is a graduate of Arizona State University where he studied political science. While there, he volunteered for a summer at an orphanage outside Tegucigalpa, Honduras, served as the Executive Director for the Arizona College Republicans, and interned at the Arizona Treasurer’s Office. Now, Chris works for a Fortune 500 company as a consultant, managing over $1MM in annual revenue. In his spare time, Chris is an avid reader, plays sports, follows politics, and recently completed his first triathlon.
